Victor is an A.I. restaurant manager built by Stratos Digital. Victor’s Soul Table is the fictional restaurant we gave him so you can poke at the real thing instead of reading a slide. Try it: call (501) 833-4751, ask what’s on the menu, order a plate, change your mind halfway through. Read more about what Victor handles →
Victor’s Soul Table is a downtown Little Rock soul-food kitchen: oxtails, smothered pork chops, catfish, shrimp and grits, ribs — plus greens, mac and cheese, candied yams, and cornbread to round the plate out. Sweet tea by the cup, pound cake and peach cobbler if you saved room.
Every weekday there’s a daily special: two mains, a side, and a drink for $14.99 a plate. The full menu is up all the time, so you can always build your own instead.
One honest caveat: none of this food exists. Victor’s Soul Table is a technology demonstration — the restaurant is fictional and no food is actually prepared. What’s real is Victor: the phone line, the chat, the ordering, and the payment flow all genuinely work, which is the whole point of letting you try them.
