Pre-priced pans and Sunday Supper Boxes — pick your sizes, add them to your order, and we’ll ask for the date, pickup or Little Rock delivery and your details once at checkout. Two days’ notice, open days only. Need setup, chafers or staff for an event? Send a catering request and we’ll quote it.
Everything on this site — the menu, the chat widget in the corner, the phone line, the whole order flow — is Victor running live. He answers the phone, takes to-go orders, walks callers through the menu, prices the ticket, and emails a secure payment link.
Victor is an A.I. restaurant manager built by Stratos Digital. Victor’s Soul Table is the fictional restaurant we gave him so you can poke at the real thing instead of reading a slide. Victor Sr. opened the door on West Capital Avenue in the spring of 1984 with his mother’s recipes, one cast-iron skillet, and a hand-painted sign. His son, Victor Jr., kept the kitchen and the counter for the next generation.
Today Victor III runs the place the way his grandfather did — oxtails braised until they give up, black-eyed peas slow-cooked with smoked turkey, cornbread straight from the skillet, and family service at the counter. What’s new is the tools: the voice that answers the phone and takes your order is his AI assistant, trained the family way, and it answers to the family name.
There’s a featured plate every open day, and the full menu is up all the time, so you can always build your own instead.
